What a NovaMed pilot looks like

A scoped, time-boxed evaluation with defined measures, staff training and a written summary — here is how we structure it.

Pilots are how we learn and how partners evaluate us without committing to a long programme. Each pilot is scoped before it starts.

Structure

We agree a clinical workflow, a small set of measures, the duration, and who is responsible on each side. Training is delivered before go-live.

Governance

Pilots run under the applicable research-ethics or quality-improvement pathway for the organisation. Nothing begins before that is in place.

Outcome

Every pilot ends with a written summary of what worked, what did not, and what we changed as a result.

Informational only. Nothing here is medical advice, no efficacy or regulatory endorsement is implied, and NovaPatch Vital is in development.
