What it is
NovaPatch Vital is a discreet wearable sensor with gateway connectivity, designed for continuous vital-sign monitoring in chronic-care and post-discharge pathways. It is intended to feed the same NovaHub Care platform used across the NovaMed suite, so care teams work in one consistent, secure environment.
